Pros
Excellent time off policy, Benefits competitive within the industry, Many chances to grow your knowledge, Working with international clients, Some very smart colleagues, Challenging work
Cons
Very low pay. Be careful beginning your career here because your compensation will affect your future earnings. Lots of dead weight in the company. Even after layoffs, plenty of non-contributors remain, often getting promoted with raises. Knowledge and expertise are concentrated in just a few people. Sometimes it could be very difficult to find the true answer to a complex question because only one person in the entire 8k+ organization knew it. Too many "new projects" that were eventually dumped. Resource pooling a complete failure because it further threatened expertise levels.
