Pros

Good infrastructure, Medical facilities available, Cultural Activities.

Cons

Micro Management:- I was on 18 surveys at 67 nps for the month and was put on a PIP whereas there wer colleagues sitting on 1 - 2 surveys at 100 nps for a month and wer giving leeway. People taking 1 month off and still no questions but people taking a day off due to valid reasons question based on adherence. Lack of R&D - 1 month traning taken by philipino colleagues of total no use, gain actual process knowledge on floor by self efforts which was still incomplete as no one has a clue about the process. External hiring for TLs and Managers - TLs and Managers have 0% knowledge about process aswellas SMEs, who the hell should you look upto, daily briefing irrelevant about ongoing slas and basic updates.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
