      Pros

      working from home. Didn't have to purchase any additional equipment.

      All, honestly they dont care about the employees. Well at least the dept i worked in (TurboTax). Worked there for about 2 months everything was okay AT FIRST. So there was the flood on 2016 here in Louisiana, we were hit pretty hard. After letting my supervisor know what happened. They still decided to terminate me because i didnt come to work!! Hello my house had 7 inches of water and no electricity. How am i to work??

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
