Pros

Interactive trainings for skills improvement

Cons

Difficult communication with Employee Relations (HR). They sent me two emails at once after a delay of return with my headset. The first one includes my final pay with the price of my headset deducted and my COE; the second one a final warning to return my headset. They are practicing double dipping. If you need my equipment back you can tell me first so I can return it properly before you make a final say with my Final pay. This is extremely unprofessional on their part.
