      Pros

      Opportunity to work at home Very nice co-workers Opportunity to interact with people from all over the world. Very easy going supervisors, not on top of you about things.

      Cons

      just about no room to grow when you are on at home environment Sometimes you might catch yourself thinking how did the people round about you got the position they are in.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
