      Pros

      Teletech is great for those that are looking for part time, flexible, work from home position. All positions start out at $8.50

      Cons

      Teletech overwork, underpay their employees and they don't have a voice. It is hard to move up. Teletech only pay their employees $8.50 per hour and expect them to do $12.50 worth of work.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
