Pros

I have found TeleTech to be a place of growth and opportunity. The best things about TeleTech are; they offer a variety of positions, they work with school schedules, they recognize employees often, they have strong values, they promote from within, they offer full-time positions, there are a lot of chances to develop work skills from both on the job and other types of training, they offer benefits, the culture is fun, the leadership team is united and strong, they work with many different clients, and they have tuition reimbursement.

Cons

One issue that I have seen reduce morale is with the temporary positions offered. Even though it is presented as a temporary position; it can be upsetting at the end when people want to stay working with the project but are not invited to do so due to staffing restrictions.

Thanks for the 5 stars! We're glad you're loving it here, and that you feel we're giving you endless opportunities to grow and advance your career in TeleTech. It really is hard at times to let go of contractual employees, most especially the performers, but these are unfortunately part of the business we're in and ultimately what's best for our clients and the organization. Hopefully, we'll be able to hire more and retain more as the company continues to grow. Thank you again for the feedback and have a nice day!

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
