      you have alot of ppl to help when u need them and it's not hard to get time off

      Cons

      to min mangers are hired in that have never worked at home and have no clue what they are doing put all the work off on others

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
