Pros

The health insurance works very good and provide very good coaching. Trainer is knowledgeable.

Cons

Salary is miserable and they strive to provide the fewest hours possible. Possibly Teletech Costa Rica pays the lowest salary of them all. Management is a joke conformed by arrogant people who is most interested in checking their employees does not have their cellphones with them, rather than looking for better job conditions. With an IT concerned in blocking everything from them and no Internet access appears to be an inutile of an IT. Management treats people like stupids with puerile shows and contests made for kindergardeners. I want to denounce all these abuses to let them know about Teletech sweatshop way of abusing its employees. If you want to work for a carbon mine, you go to their website and become a slave ,but if you want a better and promisory future go anywhere else and strive for the best.

We apologize that your experience with TeleTech didn't match our reputation as a great company to work at. TeleTech provides other benefits at work besides a decent pay, making the entire package competitive enough for applicants to want to try us. When they do stay, it's usually because of the great working culture we've developed through the years. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback about your work experience at TeleTech. Good luck on your future endeavors!

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
