Pros

Work from home Paid on time

Cons

The only benefit to the position was the ability to telecommute. When I applied for TeleTech, the position was not disclosed as a seasonal position. The person who ran the class led us to believe that if our performance was good, there would be opportunities to be hired after the holiday season. Needless to say, those opportunities never materialized. The training was decent, but did little to prepare for taking actual calls. The calls were back to back and there were not many breaks in between. I was embarassed to work for this company as a customer service professional because of the manner in which the calls were handled and taken. Management was not accessible and I felt like a number the whole time. I would advise anyone considering working for teletech@home to consider other options before working with this company.
