Pros

Hiring process was fast. Company will pay for you to get your insurance licenses life and health.

Cons

They told most of the agents in the account that I was working for that we would have the opportunity to stay with the account that we were working for. Fired everyone 4 days before Christmas but we were offered a demotion to basically do the same job for 6 dollars less an hour. We did not receive OT when I was working 12 hours everyday for a week. We did not receive our commissions that we were promised EVER. They put me on another project to work on for Medicare then the system was down for a lot of the worker when they tried to change us back to our original position. Was told to train other employees while waiting for them to fix the system. They told us we would be receiving holiday pay but told us later when the holidays came that we weren't receiving holiday pay. They told us we would be off Christmas and Thanksgiving but comes to find out we wasn't really off if we wanted to receive pay.... Horrible place to work for please find somewhere else to work.

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
