Pros

1. Best part about this role by far is the experience gained whilst talking to different businesses and owners 2. Flexible Hours 3. Occasional gifts and prizes for doing things that are out of the norm such as doing the most dials, or having the most talk time ( Cool... but personally I felt it was always a loosing battle b/c there's that one or two that ruin it for all aka the dial then hang up right away folk)

Cons

1. Not very transparent on pay in regards to commission especially in the interview process 2. Not knowing what your going to be paid until the day of 3. Very relaxed environment (lazy) 4. They haven't quite figured out where they are going as far as metrics with the department and it's been more than a year. 5. Massive attrition , so if you want to be in a place that changes faces pretty often I guess this would be a Pro
