      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is working from home

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth potential, very low training process kind of just thrown into work, TL or OM (Team leads/Operations Managers) are also under trained, but some of them are incredible and a gift from god

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
