Pros

Starting pay okay and yu had the opprtunity to get higher pay quick if you got high quliaty assurance ratings. Another thing that was good was that it is on a project basis so you do not have to do the same thing all the time.

Cons

-job is temporary or seasonal, they hire people per project for 2-3 months. -training is pretty boring. -they are not as flexible as they say they are in their timings.
