Pros

None this is the worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Micromanaged since day one. Given only up seconds to do notes for member before a call is coming in. Have to ask for permission to finish notes without being interrupted. Have to submitted template if late to lunch and breaks and have to justify why. Equipment was shipped late and had to punch back training. Training was not enough and a waste of time. Group of trainees were lied to multiple times from compensation to work schedule. Was not given work schedule until a week before and it consist of the rest of the month going into the following month and had to request days off.

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
