Pros
The people are great to work with. Plenty of work to do, i think the struggle of trying to get things done makes the job meaningful. But its very short lived.
Cons
"Work culture" is very strange. The work is very demanding. You will look down upon if don't work overtime. Various departments disagree on what "processes" should be in place. Which makes the Admins job very difficult. Again working with people there was a fun time. But the job can take a toll on you, in one way or another.
