* Fast paced - lots of learning opportunities and autonomy to work the way you want (depending on department). * Great team - people are very nice, easy to get along with, and are helpful. * PTO / 401K matching
Cons
* Upper management is traditional in the way TTM is set up at the shop level as compared to high tech companies out there. * Money first, employees second mentality. * Pay is below average, not sustainable in the Bay Area. * IT support is non-existent if you have hardware problems. It can take weeks to resolve anything. New employees often have to wait two weeks before their work station is up and running properly to be trained. * HR team takes their time to do anything that is important to the employees, but never miss a beat when it comes to things that are less important.
