Amazing managers, flexible(ish) working schedule, higher than average PTO, good work environment, stable job, occasional team lunches, competitive pay.
Cons
The work spaces in the SSC accounting dept are a little small, but that's to be expected as they are cubicles. Parking sucks, in the winter it's hard to find spaces.
