Pros
Good first job for an engineer. Circuit board manufacturing has plenty of inherent problems for a young engineer to dive into and solve. They have gift raffles sometimes. Best thing I got out of this place was an electric tooth brush.
Cons
If you are a hard worker and are passionate about your work, stay away. Nepotism is definitely a thing here. If you are not a part of the "in" group, you'll have a bad time. Management caters to lazy brown-nosers instead of the people hard at work earning their paycheck. Look up an article on chaos management to prepare yourself for working here. Massive turnover due to management's attitude of everyone is replaceable. Better not point out any legitimate problems about the company as management will quickly turn the blame to you or turn it into a growth opportunity when it is not your problem to deal with. Don't have any fun, be humorous, or have a personality that differs from your manager. I have never felt so unwelcomed at a job than I did here. Pay is way below average for the area and amount of work they expect from you. Raises are determined by your manager and how much upper management favors you.
