Stressful work enviroment - AOI Technician TTM Technologies Employee Review

Poor leadership and getting treated like a toddler, they announce random shutdowns that eat all your PTO for the year and its either super slow and hours are being cut or you are working mandatory overtime every week. No in between. Never saw the bonus once, not that it is very much anyway but we never got it because our building didn't hit operating income. Leadership continually make rude comments for any reason possible. No upward movement, any promotions to be handed out are already picked and being groomed for the position way before they are announced. The pay is terrible and you only get 36 hours one week and 40 the next so you are not even getting 80 hours in a pay period.
