Bad company - Driller TTM Technologies Employee Review

Very bad company to work for. Management is horrible. There is no communication between workers and management. You work one department and job then asked to learn another job with no pay increase until the following year for knowing how to do multiple jobs They go through workers like water. If you call off work they take your PTO and you are forced to make the time up. These are just a few of the issues there. Very poor management for people that have worked there to leave after 12 or 14 years. Customers are aways calling to cancel orders. BEWARE. Oh and by the way the HR department comes on here to make the rating higher by giving 5 star rating. BEWARE
