Decent pay and benefits, work-life balance, sometimes interesting work.
Cons
Employee retention no longer seems to be a goal and micromanagement drives away the remaining talent. It is frustrating to see previously motivated employees leave or mentally check out due to the same repeat offenders without consequence - often, they get protected or even promoted! Dilbert principle?
