      Pros

      Very good work environment, modern, very informal, open, you can wear flip flops to work no problem. Management is very approachable.

      Cons

      Not many training opportunities. No place to grow. Too much kool-aid. Tableau is not the center of the world. Repetitive and process heavy work.
