Pros
Open communication. Leaders that really care about people. We still focus on our mission and about keeping our culture of "humble smart."
Cons
Middle management desperately needs training. We promote people based on their ability to do a job, but they lack the skills to be managers. Also, we need to be able to let go of people who aren't doing their jobs. I get that we need to give people opportunities to improve but HR is taking it too far. It's demoralizing to work your butt off and see other people skate for years.
