Cons
This is a challenging environment, people will question your decisions so it's important that you can articulate your thoughts. You're also typically part of a team, and if you're doing great, you will be moved to other teams to broaden your knowledge of the technology stack, so you could be involved in front end and middle layer technologies! At times, it will feel like a mountain of work to do in a short amount of time, but you're here to learn to be more efficient, better manage your time and priority, and work as a team.
Commute time is bad but this is LA, so little we can do /shrugs
