Thank you for your review. We read and consider all feedback from our employee engagement surveys, to Glassdoor reviews, and even better - from in person meetings - and I hope you were able to provide this feedback in person so we can continually improve.
The diversity of senior leadership is something we are working on improving with each new hire to the executive team. Additionally, we’re making sure other levels of leadership in Taboola see that type of diversity. Positions like country managers, team leaders and directors, these will be the future executives of Taboola too. Today, 35% of our managers globally are female. We’re working on creating a balanced, inclusive group of people across all levels of the organization and hope to be able to show improvement on those numbers over time.
Taboola is continually offering professional development and looking for opportunities to do more for our employee base. While we never want to lose anyone that we have invested time and energy into training and developing, our turnover rate is very low when compared to industry averages, less than 10% a year, while industry average tends to hover around 25%.
