-Basic needs of Sales and Account management teams are not taken properly into account, leading to high churn in some departments; reasons are not even discussed anymore, these range from: lack of wfh, salary gaps, stress, constant change of tasks,etc... ; since I joined, entire teams of Sales and Account Managers have come and gone, gone where the money is;
-WFH policies are about to be totally revoked (absurd for a company with an online business model), management is launching a dashboard to HELP TRACK ATTENDANCE on specific days for everybody, which sounds Orwellian to put it mildly
-Morale is pretty low among all departments, gone downhill constantly in the past 4 years
