Taboola is a company that genuinely values its employees and creates a culture of openness, growth, support, and guidance. Over my 6.5 years here, I’ve had the chance to grow from an Implementation representative (entry level) to a Team Lead, and that journey has been made possible by the guidance of our Head of PS and the continuous scolding and guidance of my Director :)
The India office offers endless opportunities if you’re willing to learn and work hard. Management here is highly employee-centric even during industry-wide layoffs, only one role was impacted in India, which shows the level of care and focus that the management have for their employee here.
