Pros

Decent if you're a millennial looking for a part-time job to support yourself, since that's the demographic the brand aims for and you will have an easier time connecting with guests. Pay and benefits are not bad for a QSR if you're willing to put up with the problems.

Cons

No leadership for management personnel, whether it be corporate or franchise. Real operations issues are not addressed. The only locations that have consistently reported green on metrics are nearly always found to be committing ethics violations: tampering with punches, fudging inventory numbers, manipulating order entry to get favorable cost-of-sales, "dry lab" or fake temperatures in food safety logs, and manufacturing customer surveys, among other things. If you're looking for a management position or career path, do NOT choose this brand. You will be demoralized over time.
