Pros

Free food, drinks, employee's are generally pretty cool.

Cons

General Managers normally get a stick up their butt and forget that they work for Taco Bell... they tend to treat others as if they are the most important thing around and get really big headed because they can boss around high school kids. The average raise at my store was $.05 cents yearly for an employee. There were several employees who worked for the company for over 8 years and still made less than $8.00 per hour. Any advancement into upper management positions requires flexibility to travel to any store in the city at a moments notice. My first health inspection as a manger was a 99.5 and the response from my boss was "I was expecting a 100" even though my score was 2 points higher than the previous score, very discouraging because I was very proud of my team and our score. Do not plan to make Taco Bell a long term career, I know most people do not plan that anyways, but do not get stuck here...
