Pros
Great work place. The work is challenging enough but not overwhelmingly difficult. It can be fast paced and there is always something new to learn. The help desk desk is a great job for most students
Cons
The customers can be quite a challenge to deal with even though the customers are generally all part of the company. For the work done, the pay could be better
