      This was my first job, so I gained general work experience, as well as experience in the fast-food industry.

      Cons

      Upper management was never satisfied with the sales at our location, and always found some fault in the employees' job performance to use as their "explanation" for the restaurant's low sales. Very much a thankless job where you're expected to work your butt off for very little pay or respect.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
