Pros
If you find a good taco bell team to work with/for then you might have an OK time. You're coworkers and management team is what will make the experience worth while for you.
Cons
I worked at taco bell for 4 years and I could count the number of breaks I had on my fingers. My first promotion, from service champion to team trainer provided a whopping $0.10 raise. It was a lot more responsibility for only a dime more. I worked more 10-13 hours days than I would like to have done.
