      Employer with a strong identity and core operating principles embodied by management. Collaborative teams working well together with respect and support for each other and team and corporate goals. Engaged leadership team with an emphasis on empowering people to make decisions and grow into their roles and advance in their careers. Strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Work hours can be disjointed due to teams located in global locations. Decision making process can be frustrating in projects which involve parent company input.

      Hybrid work, free snacks and drinks, 100% coverage of health insurance premiums, lunch stipend

      Cons

      People are being laid off even though the company claims to be profitable year after year. Upper management is a good old boys network and you won't be valued if you aren't part of the kool kids klub.
