Meaningful mission Helping patients overcome financial barriers to treatment can make the work feel impactful.
Cons
No structure or training high turnover rate employees are constantly quitting weekly nothing is private or confidential anything you tell HR everybody knows and it’s no such thing as open door policy they got a new management that has no clue what’s going on nobody seems to listen and all they care about is money and not the actual employees use to be a family environment but now it’s a strict program!! Company is not the same let’s not forget the undercover racism
