The leadership at TM is encouraging and willing to answer your questions or collaborate with, which includes Executives! You are truly encouraged to be your authentic self. I love how I am challenged daily and encouraged to step outside of my comfort zone without the fear of failure. TM doesn't expect perfection only excellence! Quarterly review process and weekly 1:1 is great.
