      Dog friendly office hence the good rating of the CEO

      No diversity at all , unique culture in the company if you don't fit you going to be stressed by management and colleagues, company is a startup will get rid of you as soon as having financial difficulties,

It’s a balance of security and structure versus autonomy and upside.
