Pros

Down to earth, multicultural, hard working company. Incredibly talented people, from whom we can learn lots from, and share our knowledge and experience with. Flexible working hours help with the work / life balance. Constant opportunities to get and give feedback, loads of opportunity for growth. Benefits include a kitchen full of snacks, breakfast, Friday drinks... Tails always makes sure we play as hard as we work, keeping the sense of "family" alive as we grow.

Cons

As a high growth startup, processes are still being tested, fine tuned, and we come across activities we hadn't done before, so it is a trial and error experience. Also, very fast paced, a project can be kicked off with an end date of "yesterday". On the other hand, we may work hard on a project and then be told it got dropped / put on hold.

Pros

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career.

Cons

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career. On the flip side, you trade away some control over your time and decisions, deal with office politics and bureaucracy, and face limits on flexibility and earning potential. It’s a balance of security and structure versus autonomy and upside.
