Pros

some perks your customer service colleagues ( somes)

Cons

- micromanagement - Meeting Heavy - Limited Support - Company care more about the score on TrustPilot than qctually their own staff - Leaning to be fully corporate despite being still a small structure - Uneasy to get promoted unless you are yourself very very friendly to your management or even be in couple with your manager.

I’m so sorry to see this review and that this was your experience. Our customer experience team is absolutely fundamental to our success as a business and we do not for a second underestimate its importance. I can appreciate that being part of a growing business can be challenging and like other departments at tails.com, CX have stretching targets to ensure all our customers have the best experience possible. We are absolutely committed to offering the necessary guidance, support and development for all of our team members. In the past year, we’ve seen many CX Specialists being promoted or taking up development opportunities in other teams. Thanks, Henrik Head of People

Pros

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career.

Cons

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career. On the flip side, you trade away some control over your time and decisions, deal with office politics and bureaucracy, and face limits on flexibility and earning potential. It’s a balance of security and structure versus autonomy and upside.
