      People focussed organisation that tries to do the right thing for customers and employees Motivated employees who want to make the company better

      Cons

      Due to rapid growth there is growing pains in ways people work together but this is recognised and as long as you are proactive it can be sorted

It’s a balance of security and structure versus autonomy and upside.
