Pros
Ambitious, friendly, curious team with plenty of opportunities to work across different departments. Really interesting problems to solve and entire culture very customer-led. 9 day working fortnight is incredible!
Cons
Could do with greater focus on what the company wants to achieve, though there is work happening to address. Salaries aren't very competitive and L&D offering is poor compared to elsewhere. Progression opportunities vary greatly across departments and don't always appear to be based on achievements.
