Fantastic and caring people work here. I know my colleagues for not only their work product, but as people. Take Command values their lunch culture and I love getting to know my coworkers in this way. I have felt rewarded and appreciated during my time here.
Cons
Take Command struggles with typical startup growing pains and employee work-life balance during busy season

Pros

Cons
Hybrid is the only option. They made all employees go into the office if they live within 50 miles of the office, even if employees were hired as remote employees, but continue to hire remote employees out of state.
They don’t promote from within much anymore… unless you work in HR- somehow they get promoted yearly.
Lots of turnover recently not many original folks left as HR would rather hire from outside then promote the hard working internal folks which leads them teaching their boss the job.
Pay is a little low for the job and hours expected to work.
Unlimited PTO is abused by some employees and leaves those who care left to work the job of two people.
They need to put more money into hiring customer service employees who man the phones and emails.
