Pros

Everyone is very professional. They get back to me immediately on all questions.

Cons

I get no paid Holiday, so when Corning Inc, employees are off, I get no pay, which hurts my budget. Also, every large bonus I get from Corning is suppose to be separate from my regular check. However, payroll continues to combine them and I get killed in taxes.

Pros

They give you tips on resume, interview, and follow ups to stand out as a job candidate for any contract role they submit you for.

Cons

Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.

No benefits beyond 401K (but that may be different for others depending on their contract)
