      *No one can beat Leadership of Baljit, Brad and Deep. Working with them is an amazing experience. They are the roots of TalentBurst. We are all growing with the immense growth our company. we have Transparent culture, employees feel a sense of trust. They can express, infact explore their thoughts without any work pressure. We all work together with our Leaders not with the Bosses. No one can beat TalentBurst in the staffing industry.... TalentBurst will be on the TOP always.

      Cons

      Honestly , no downsides of TalentBurst. We all feel so lucky and proud that we are associated with the great Leader's company.

      Pros

      They give you tips on resume, interview, and follow ups to stand out as a job candidate for any contract role they submit you for.

      Cons

      Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.

      The team was ready to assist with onboarding and made it a smooth process once I accepted the job offer

      No benefits beyond 401K (but that may be different for others depending on their contract)
