Talentburst is one of the welcoming and friendly working environments I've ever worked in. Baljit sir is one of the coolest boss I've ever seen, he's always been there to help you by every means. Senior level managers/account managers are always there to help and guide you, if you have any challenges, at least they understand the situations and the challenges, they never push anyone or become poking you all the time. Management: HR respects the employees personal feelings and emotions by considering the working timings. Whenever the emergency arrives with team/employees HR is there to support. She is kind and genuine person. I appreciate the fact that she always accept to put in extra hours to help us. She always provide great service to fellow employees. They always walk away with a smile. She is always able to apply new skills and display excellent ability to identify situations where the new skills can be applied.
