There is no growth, raises are slim to none! They aren’t for their employees, they are more for the companies they service.
They have no sick time or personal leave days.

1. We do have paid sick time and adhere to all state employment laws. So your review is incorrect.
2. You are welcome to take personal time off. Unfortunately there is no paid personal time off as a contractor.
3. The pay rates are controlled by our clients and not us.

Cons
Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.
