Pros
-The product has gaps in the Enterprise space, but overall it's viable and stands up to the competition -There are a lot of great people (victims) and I built a solid network during my tenure -Health benefits are solid
Cons
When you work for a sales org where NO ONE hit's their number (a couple AE's got around 80% there in 2019, so they received a trophy) and the top performers are disgruntled, there is a fundamental problem with your sales organization. The forecast calls are ridiculous, you literally feel like the grim reaper is coming to take your soul. Even the one month we blew out our number, there was a negative tone to the call. I spent 3 months on quota and had a hefty pipeline with Q3 close dates (close to 70% of my overall number), I was let go due to performance. The sales team is a revolving door (no joke, being there for a year is a veteran). They could care less about your growth as a professional or within the company. AE's don't have any tools to be successful, they don't even pay for LI Sales Navigator, much less Zoominfo. I wish I could be more specific and give more detail to prevent people from considering Talkdesk, it is truly a horrible environment to work in. As stated by others, DO NOT take the job before you talk to a few current/former AE’s.
