Good colleagues make the work environment enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to meet such nice people.

Cons

If a project concludes, they don't hesitate to bid farewell abruptly. Their organization leaves much to be desired, lacking any discernible methodology. Within that company, you're simply another number, rather than a valued team member. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
