Our Resource Pool team plays an important role in supporting departments across the organization, helping us maintain staffing coverage and ensuring we continue to provide safe, high-quality care for our patients. We also appreciate your comments regarding parking. TGH uses a tenure-based system for onsite garage parking (with the exception of overnight and weekend team members), with eligibility determined by length of service and available parking spaces. Team members are notified by email when they become eligible for onsite parking. We understand how important convenient parking is to our team members. In response to feedback, TGH opened the Kennedy Garage in November 2022, which significantly increased onsite parking capacity and eliminated the need for team members to park in multiple offsite locations.
