Pros
Lower management and employees care about putting patients first. Very nice people here. Caring and want to do well.
Cons
Management is nice but are not usually qualified for the positions they are put in. When we remove people from positions, they are rarely replaced. When someone with 6 years of experience leaves hiring someone with no experience does not fill a the void. Operations does not talk to IT leadership. Patients sadly do not come first when looking at the big picture talking to leadership. If you have Epic experience they do not even consider it as better than having regular IT experience like other areas of the country. Implementing new software and command center with no new employees, overworked is never a good idea for good outcomes.
